United States. As the Founder and CEO of JuWehTa, she brings unmatched expertise in
residential and commercial real estate, property development, project management, and client
advocacy.
NuKey’s unique strength lies in her ability to merge transactional know-how with strategic
advisory—guiding clients through buying, selling, financing, investing, and building with clarity
and confidence. With a Master’s degree in Project Management and more than 16 years of
experience managing large-scale construction projects, she ensures each project is delivered

She is also a Licensed Notary Signing Agent, enhancing her ability to support clients through
